Practical skills such as moving someone, CPR and first aid need hands-on training with a qualified trainer. This course helps you know what to look out for and where to get that training. It does not replace advice from the person's GP, nurse, pharmacist or care team. If you are worried about someone's health, call their GP. If you need advice quickly, call NHS 111.
